Local to where my Mum lives is a beautiful National Trust house.I’ve been going here for over 20 years, well before I had an interest in photography. The house was built around 1485 and is one of the least changed Tudor buildings in the UK.
I took the opportunity to check it out again over the Christmas holidays with the view to taking several panorama images, this is the first of them. It was a great time to visit as there were no people around to get in the way of compositions, the weather was somewhat inclement, but this helped in some ways as the grass was lush and green and there was some decent cloud action.
The panorama image is made up of 12 sets of 14 bracketed images HDR processed and put together with PTGui.
Superb, this one is a beauty – you really should be able to make money from these! Worth contacting the National Trust to let them have a look…..
oh wow, this is awesome. I love old architecture, specially when it has creepers growing all over it. Just beautiful.
Does anyone live there or is it open to the public?
Brenda, its a public attraction, although there are a couple of holiday cottages attached that can be rented out.
God, this is truly stunning!
