Cotehele Quay is on the River Tamar and was once a busy transit and freight quay, market gardeners sent their wares to Plymouth from here and no doubt the local mines will have also used it. The quay and area in general is dotted with lime kilns. The lime would have been used in agriculture and as a stabiliser for cement.
This panorama is made up of 12 sets of images. Each set of images is created with 12 bracketed images. Due to the size of the files its hard to do too much processing as my PC tends to grind to a halt and make my work take twice as long as it should. With the three or four layers that I was using the image was around 1.5Gb.
I absolutely love these. I need to do one of the Stone Mill in Lawrence.
They’re good fun and once you have a pano head dead easy to produce as well.
These are just SO GOOD! It’s like being there, only without all the mud and cold 😉
I just love your panorama’s Mark, what fabulous work you produce my friend!
